This is the start of a plan for an outdoor living area. We first have to set up the existing perimeters. When finish this will contain a wood fireplace with woodboxes, two water features a stone cooking table and a stone patio with walls and pillars.

For this design I had to work with the existing hardscapes to improve the current plants.

This sub division wanted to create more perennial beds and less annual beds thorough out the entire place.

Another example of removing annuals and adding perennials.

This picture show a residence who wanted to work in a new patio and a shrub and tree screening around the yard.
